In Spain the insurance is on the car and not the person and includes hospital treatment in case of an accident, not normally included on UK policies or private health insurance. Also European Breakdown Cover out of Spain up to 90 days at a time.
There is a dedicated claims department and a 24 hour helpline in English. This is great as if you do break down in the middle of nowhere you will be able to speak directly to an English operator. We will be on call to help out in the event of any claim to enable it to be paid out quickly.
